Outline/Description
(ENG)

The Department of Veterinary Public Health, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, will introduce us to their faculty and related sites, with activities partially dependent upon the interest of registered students. Their department specializes in AMR, but they are willing to accommodate our requests to a certain degree. Possibilities include wastewater sampling, processing, and lab work; visiting a teaching farm or animal hospital or zoo; visiting the BBVET Wates facility, a regional reference center for infectious diseases and diagnostics. Students and the instructor will facilitate our school’s original pandemic simulation board game, One Health Defenders. There will also be a joint seminar for you and their students to share research.
