前提条件を満たした参加者は、政府関係者に学術的・技術的な助言を行うテンポラリーアドバイザーとしてWHOの会議に招聘されます。WHOをはじめとする国際会議がどのようなものか、実際に体験できる貴重な限定的な機会です。
閣僚級国際会議では発言の機会はありませんが、事前に関係者との打ち合わせを依頼されています。
Participants who successfully meet pre-requirement(s) will be invited to WHO meetings as a Temporary Advisor who provides both academic and technical advice to government officials. It is definitely a valuable and limited opportunity to actually experience and see what WHO or other international meetings are like.
You will not have the opportunity to speak during the international meeting of the Ministerial-level conference, but you will be asked to have a preliminary meeting with the relevant officials prior to the meeting.

For joining the course, we only require you to have the following abilities; - English proficiency: Advanced - Manner of discussion - Understanding of the purposes and principles of WHO.
